Hi, Andy,

Just to say that you and the MLS staff are completely, utterly, absolutely amazing.

Why? Well, we transferred over to Hosted yesterday. I only emailed 10 days or so about it, and thought it'd take a few months to sort out! Steve said last week if I pencilled in a time, he'd do it then, to make the transfer as quickly as possible with as little disruption as possible to my library, (we issued 1600 resources last month so I was a little worried,) and when I emailed yesterday and asked if it could possibly be done that afternoon, or today, he made sure it was done last night. Can't ask for better than that!

My only complaint is it's so whizzy and fab that I was up till 11pm playing with it and am shattered this morning!!!

Off to sort out Identikit and student logins, etc, so we can launch it as soon as possible...

A very happy, excited, (I downloaded the iMLS app this morning) elated and VERY tired,

Junior Librarian helping to provide evidence of progress in reading for the new OSFTED requirements instantly caught my attention as proving this for our SEF was becoming a challenge.  An interactive resource at the touch of a button - or fingerprint, which can be accessed at home and hopefully encourage a love of reading, can only be of benefit to our children and to their parents/carers with the iMLS app. We cannot wait to use it!

By the way-I've been meaning to ask someone for ages...' queries, too. Excellent customer service, but then I've always had that from Microlibrarian. Apart from having the best out there (and one day we WILL upgrade servers etc so I can make full use of the new wizadry!) the Customer Service is second to none! The Help Desk is excellent. My last call was complex requiring changes to resource loan categories, loan periods and restrictions and staff were skillful in determining what I needed to do then guided me through the changes with expertise, patience and persistence. Improvements... It would be useful to be able to return to the same member of the Help Desk team if necessary (until the specific query is concluded).
